You are expected to exhibit a general level of respect to your peers while interacting on the Third Age: Rebirth Forum and Discord Server. Violations of general respect are as follows:
1. Making generally belittling comments, ostracising remarks, racially degrading or bigoted comments, and sexually degrading remarks.
2. Making remarks of a sexually harassing or stalker-like nature will not be tolerated, and members victim to this behaviour should report the incident immediately.
3. Making remarks that belittle or ridicule an individual based on their sexual preference and/or gender identity will not be tolerated and members should report this behaviour if they feel that it done was with malicious intent.
Metagaming
Metagaming, also sometimes known as God-Moding, Power-Playing, or simply “cheating” is strictly prohibited. Members found in violation of this regulation will be subject to disciplinary action equal in severity to the violation.
In rare instances where the perception of metagaming is agreed upon to advance plot lines or simply add to the experience and both parties have consented to this, then no disciplinary action will be taken.
In the cases of multiple characters, they cannot nor will be used to further the agendas or In Character goals of any or all of those accounts. Anyone found to be doing so, or creating separate (unique) accounts for the same ends will be dealt with harshly.
Reports and Claims
All reports, claims, or complaints in regard to Conduct Violations will be subject to investigation. It is encouraged for you to provide as much evidence as possible in order to strengthen your claim(s). This also lessens the administrative burden for the Staff Team.
Reports and claims found to be made falsely will be treated as though the individual responsible for the report is guilty of the violation reported. The expected standard of conduct described in this publication are not to be taken lightly and they are not subject to personal interpretation. If at any point you find that the content of this publication is unclear or ambiguous, alert the Staff Team and clarification will be provided.
Spam
Content including, but not limited to, excessive uses of meaningless text, smileys/emoji, and images (still images and .GIF files), will be subject to deletion with or without warning. Repeated incidents of spamming may result in a warning or ban.
Age Restrictions
All individuals with the intent to join the Rebirth community, as well as existing members of the community, must be 13 years or older younger than that will be subject to be immediately banned.
If any member over the age of 18 is found to be participating in Erotic Roleplays (ERPs) or otherwise interacting in a sexually inappropriate manner, with a member under the age of 18, even in a Private Message (PM) or instant messenger, on or off-forum, will be subject to an immediate ban. Failure to obey this regulation is not only against the Forum Rules, but also age of consent laws.
If members who are under the age of 18 are found participating in ERPs or interacting in an otherwise sexually explicit manner, even in PM or instant messenger, they will also be subject to an immediate ban due to participating in illegal activity.
Illegal Torrents and “Warez”
Links to or endorsements of illegally downloaded software will result in an immediate ban. More information can be found in any website's Terms of Service.
Pornography
Posting or linking pornography onto the forum will result in an immediate ban.
